Cran-Lime Glazed Chicken or Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or smoked paprika for warmth

Instructions:

  1. Add Boundary Waters Berry Syrup, balsamic vinegar, butter, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to a pan.

  2. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring until thick, glossy, and slightly reduced.

  3. Brush onto chicken or pork during the final 10 minutes of cooking, repeating as needed to build layers.

  4. Drizzle any remaining warm glaze over the finished meat before serving.

Cran-Lime Stir Fry Glaze (Amazing on Chicken, Veggies, or Tofu)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • ½ tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup, soy sauce, ginger, and vinegar to a small pan over medium heat.

  2. Simmer for 1–2 minutes; whisk in cornstarch for a thicker glaze.

  3. Toss with cooked chicken, veggies, shrimp, or tofu.

  4. Serve over rice or noodles.

Sweet & Tart Cran-Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1½ tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Whisk syrup, lime juice, Dijon, and salt.

  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking.

  3. Toss with greens, berries, nuts, or grilled chicken.

Boundary Waters Berry BBQ Sauce (Incredible on Ribs or Wings)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire

  • Pinch smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. Simmer 3–5 minutes until glossy.

  3. Brush over ribs, wings, burgers, or meatballs.

  4. Finish under broiler for a sticky glaze.

Cran-Lime Breakfast Drizzle (for Pancakes, French Toast, Oatmeal, Yogurt)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp water (optional, to thin)

Instructions:

  1. Warm ingredients together in a small saucepan.

  2. Drizzle over pancakes, waffles, French toast, or yogurt bowls

Berry-Lime Glazed Brie (Baked or Cold)


Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 1 wheel brie

  • Fresh cranberries or nuts

Instructions:

  1. Place brie on a baking sheet.

  2. Drizzle syrup over the top.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes or serve cold with nuts + berries.
