Boundary Waters Berry
Mocktail & Coffee Recipes

North Shore Spritz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • 4 oz sparkling water

  • Cranberries or lime wheel
     

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup and lime juice to a glass of ice.

  2. Top with sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently.

  4. Garnish with cranberries or a lime wheel.

Boundary Waters Fizz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 2 oz white cranberry juice

  • 3 oz club soda

  • Ice
     

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup and white cranberry juice over ice.

  2. Top with club soda.

  3. Stir lightly to combine.

Cran-Lime Italian Soda
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 4–5 oz club soda

  • 1 oz half & half (optional)
     

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup to a glass with ice.

  2. Pour in club soda.

  3. Add cream for a creamy soda (optional).

  4. Stir gently.

Warm Cran-Lime Tea
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 8 oz hot black or herbal tea

  • Lime wheel
     

Instructions:

  1. Brew tea and pour into a mug.

  2. Stir in the syrup until dissolved.

  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Cranberry Coffee (surprisingly delicious!)
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 8 oz hot coffee

  • Whipped cream (optional)
     

Instructions:

  1. Brew hot coffee.

  2. Stir in syrup to infuse bright berry-lime flavor.

  3. Add whipped cream if desired.

Cran-Lime Sunset Refresher

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 3 oz orange juice

  • 3 oz sparkling water

  • Ice

  • Lime wheel
     

Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the orange juice.

  3. Slowly drizzle the syrup down the side of the glass to create a “sunset” effect.

  4. Top with sparkling water.

  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Boundary Waters Hibiscus Cooler
 
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 4 oz chilled hibiscus tea

  • 2 oz club soda

  • Lime slice + cranberries
     

Instructions:

  1. Brew hibiscus tea and chill it.

  2. Add syrup and tea to a glass with ice.

  3. Top with club soda.

  4. Stir gently and garnish.

Winter Woods Berry Steamer

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 6 oz steamed milk (any kind)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
     

Instructions:

  1. Heat or steam the milk until hot and frothy.

  2. Stir in the syrup until fully combined.

  3. Top with cinnamon if desired.

  4. Serve warm in a mug.

Frosted Cranberry Cream Float

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Boundary Waters Berry Syrup

  • 4 oz lemon-lime soda or club soda

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

  • Fresh berries for garnish
     

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup to a tall glass.

  2. Pour in soda.

  3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  4. Garnish with berries.

  5. Serve with a spoon and a straw — old fashioned soda fountain vibes!
