Classic Gopher Gold Whiskey Sour 
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz whiskey or bourbon

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 1 egg white (optional)
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake for 10 seconds if using egg white.

  3. Add ice and shake again.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Gold Rush Mule 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz vodka or whiskey

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 4 oz ginger beer

  • Lime wedge
     

Instructions:

  1. Fill mule mug with ice.

  2. Add spirit and syrup.

  3. Top with ginger beer.

  4. Garnish with lime.

Golden Margarita
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz tequila blanco

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • ½ oz triple sec

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • Pinch of salt
     

Instructions:

  1. Add tequila, Gopher Gold Syrup, triple sec, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to a shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake well until chilled.

  3. Strain into a salt- or sugar-rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.

Gopher Gold Gin Fizz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz gin

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 2 oz club soda
     

Instructions:

  1. Shake gin + syrup with ice.

  2. Strain into a tall glass.

  3. Top with soda.

  4. Garnish with lemon.

Honey Citrus Daiquiri
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz pineapple juice and/or 1 oz orange juice (both are delicious — use one or do a 50/50 split!)

  • Optional: a tiny pinch of salt to make the citrus pop
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled and frothy.

  3. Strain into a coupe or a fun tiki glass.

  4. Garnish with lime zest, a pineapple frond, or a citrus wheel — go wild.

Golden French 75
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin

  • ½ oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • 3 oz champagne
     

Instructions:

  1. Shake gin + syrup (and lemon if using).

  2. Strain into flute.

  3. Top with champagne.

Gopher Gold Paloma
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz tequila

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 2 oz grapefruit juice

  • 2 oz soda
     

Instructions:

  1. Add tequila, syrup, and grapefruit to ice.

  2. Top with soda.

  3. Garnish with lime or grapefruit.

Lemon-Lime Honey Old Fashioned
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 1–2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Lemon peel (expressed over the glass)
     

Instructions:

  1. Add bourbon, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.

  2. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted.

  3. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.

  4. Express the lemon peel over the drink, rub the rim, and drop it in (or discard for a lighter touch).

Golden Orchard Spritz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz vodka or gin

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 2 oz apple cider

  • 2 oz sparkling water
     

Instructions:

  1. Add spirit, syrup, and cider to a glass of ice.

  2. Top with sparkling water.

  3. Stir and garnish with apple slice.

Pineapple Gold Cooler
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz rum or vodka

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz orange juice
     

Instructions:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a tall glass.

  3. Garnish with pineapple or lime.

Golden Basil Smash
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz gin or vodka

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 3–4 basil leaves

  • ½ oz lemon juice
     

Instructions:

  1. Gently muddle basil in a shaker.

  2. Add remaining ingredients with ice.

  3. Shake and strain into a rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with basil.

Spiked Honey Citrus Tea
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz whiskey or dark rum

  • 1 oz Gopher Gold Syrup

  • 4 oz strong brewed tea (black or herbal)
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mug or heat-safe glass.

  2. Stir gently.

  3. Garnish with lemon.
