Maple-Clove Roasted Carrots
 

Warm, sweet, woodsy, and so simple.
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb carrots, sliced or whole

  • Pinch of salt & pepper
     

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast 25–35 minutes, stirring halfway.

  5. Optional: drizzle an extra teaspoon of syrup before serving.

Maple Apple Pork Chop Glaze
 

Sticky, cozy, caramelized flavor with warm spice.
 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp apple cider or apple juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp butter
     

Instructions:

  1. Whisk syrup, cider, Dijon, and butter in a small saucepan.

  2. Simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy.

  3. Brush onto pork chops during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

  4. Serve with roasted potatoes or apples.

Minnesota Maple Vinaigrette

Perfect for fall salads, roasted veggies, grain bowls, roasted squash, or warm autumn sides.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small jar or bowl.

  2. Shake or whisk until fully emulsified.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.

  4. Drizzle over greens, quinoa, roasted squash, or warm veggies.

Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
 

Sweet, savory, crispy, spiced perfection.
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 2 tbsp Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • Salt & pepper
     

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roast for 20–30 minutes until crispy.

  4. Toss with crumbled bacon and serve warm.

Maple Spice Whipped Cream

Incredible on pies & pancakes
 
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2–3 tbsp Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • Pinch of cinnamon or clove
     

Instructions:

  1. Add cold cream to a mixing bowl.

  2. Whip until soft peaks form.

  3. Add maple syrup and spice.

  4. Continue whipping to medium peaks.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Maple Clove Dessert Drizzle
 
Amazing on ice cream, pound cake, French toast, cheesecake, or fruit.
 
Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp water

  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or orange zest
     

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup and water to a small pan and warm until smooth and pourable.

  2. Add optional cinnamon or zest.

  3. Drizzle over desserts or breakfast dishes.
