Peppermint Mocha Drizzle
For pancakes, waffles, ice cream & more.
Ingredients:

2 tbsp Moonlight Mint Mocha Syrup
-
1 tsp butter
-
1 tsp water
Instructions:
-
Add syrup, butter, and water to a small saucepan.
-
Warm over low heat until glossy and pourable.
-
Drizzle over pancakes, waffles, brownies, ice cream, or French toast.
Mint Mocha Whipped Cream
Amazing on hot cocoa, pie, coffee, brownies, or cookies.
Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream
-
2–3 tbsp Moonlight Mint Mocha Syrup
-
Optional: pinch of cocoa powder
Instructions:

Add cold cream to a mixing bowl.
-
Whip until soft peaks form.
-
Add syrup (and cocoa if using).
-
Continue whipping to medium peaks.
-
Serve immediately or chill up to 24 hours.
Chocolate Peppermint Frosting
Perfect for cupcakes, cakes, sandwich cookies, brownies, or whoopie pies.
Ingredients:

½ cup softened butter
-
2 cups powdered sugar
-
2–3 tbsp Moonlight Mint Mocha Syrup

1 tbsp milk, if needed
Instructions:

Beat butter until smooth.

Add powdered sugar gradually.

Mix in Moonlight Mint Mocha Syrup.

Add milk if needed for spreadability.

Frost cooled desserts.
Mint Mocha Brownie Swirl
Adds ribbons of minty chocolate goodness to any brownie batter.
Ingredients:

3 tbsp Moonlight Mint Mocha Syrup

1 tsp flour (optional — thickens for bolder swirls)
Instructions:

Mix syrup with flour if using.

Dollop into brownie batter.

Swirl gently with a knife.

Bake as directed.

Peppermint Mocha Granola Bark
Unique & unbelievably good.
Ingredients:

½ cup Moonlight Mint Mocha Syrup

2 cups granola
-
1 cup melted chocolate chips
Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a bowl, mix granola with the syrup.
-
Spread in an even layer on the parchment.
-
Drizzle melted chocolate over top.
-
Chill 30–60 minutes and break into pieces.
Moonlight Mocha Breakfast Oats
Cozy winter breakfast with minimal effort.
Ingredients:

1 cup cooked oatmeal

1–2 tbsp Moonlight Mint Mocha Syrup

Optional toppings: chocolate chips, berries, nuts
