Mocktail & Coffee Recipes

Maple Apple Orchard Spritz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 3 oz apple cider

  • 2 oz sparkling water

  • Apple slice
     

Instructions:

  1. Add maple syrup and cider to a glass filled with ice.

  2. Top with sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently.

  4. Garnish with an apple slice.

Cozy Maple Chai Steamer
 

Ingredients:

  • 1–1½ oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 6 oz hot chai tea

  • 2 oz steamed milk

  • Cinnamon sprinkle
     

Instructions:

  1. Brew chai tea and pour into a mug.

  2. Stir in maple syrup until dissolved.

  3. Top with steamed milk.

  4. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Maple Ginger Fizz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 4 oz ginger ale or NA ginger beer

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • Lemon wheel
     

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add maple syrup and lemon juice.

  3. Top with ginger ale.

  4. Stir and garnish.

Spiced Maple Pom Cooler
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 3 oz pomegranate juice

  • 2 oz soda water

  • Pomegranate seeds
     

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup and pomegranate juice to a glass of ice.

  2. Top with soda water.

  3. Stir gently.

  4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Minnesota Maple Latte
 

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 6 oz hot coffee or espresso + milk

  • Optional: pinch of clove or cinnamon
     

Instructions:

  1. Add maple syrup to the bottom of a mug.

  2. Pour in hot coffee or espresso and stir.

  3. Add steamed milk.

  4. Sprinkle with clove or cinnamon if desired.

Maple Berry Sparkler
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 2 oz berry juice (cranberry, raspberry, or blueberry)

  • 3 oz sparkling water

  • Fresh berries
     

Instructions:

  1. Pour syrup and berry juice over ice.

  2. Top with sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently.

  4. Add fresh berries to finish.

Warm Maple Lemon Tea
 
Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 6 oz hot black or herbal tea

  • 1–2 lemon slices
     

Instructions:

  1. Brew tea and pour into a mug.

  2. Stir in maple syrup.

  3. Add lemon slices.

  4. Serve warm.

Maple Orange Soda Float (dessert-style)
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 4 oz orange soda or orange sparkling water

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
     

Instructions:

  1. Add maple syrup to a tall glass.

  2. Pour in orange soda.

  3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  4. Serve with a straw and spoon

Frosted Maple Mocha (Hot or Iced)
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Minnesota Maple Syrup

  • 6 oz hot chocolate or iced chocolate milk

  • Optional: whipped cream

  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg
     

Instructions:

  1. Prepare hot cocoa (or pour chocolate milk over ice).

  2. Stir in Minnesota Maple Syrup.

  3. Top with whipped cream if desired.

  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
