Northern Blaze Spicy Margarita
 

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz tequila blanco

  • 2 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • ½ oz triple sec

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • Chili-salt rim (optional)
     

Instructions:

  1. Rim glass with chili salt, if desired.

  2. Add tequila, syrup, triple sec, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.

  3. Shake well until chilled.

  4. Strain over ice.

  5. Garnish with a lime wheel or jalapeño slice.

Fiery Paloma
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz tequila or mezcal

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 2 oz grapefruit juice

  • 2 oz club soda

  • Lime wedge
     

Instructions:

  1. Add tequila, syrup, and grapefruit juice to a glass with ice.

  2. Stir gently.

  3. Top with club soda.

  4. Garnish with lime or a grapefruit slice.

Northern Blaze Mule
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz vodka

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • 4 oz ginger beer
     

Instructions:

  1. Add vodka, syrup, and lime to a mule mug filled with ice.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Top with ginger beer.

  4. Garnish with lime or candied jalapeño.

Hot Honey Pineapple Daiquiri
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz pineapple juice
     

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until icy cold.
Strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf or lime twist.

Spicy Pineapple Smash
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz tequila or rum

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • Splash club soda
     

Instructions:

  1. Add tequila/rum, syrup, and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice.

  3. Top with soda.

  4. Garnish with pineapple or jalapeño.

Hot Honey Whiskey Highball
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz whiskey

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 4 oz club soda
     

Instructions:

  1. Build in a tall glass filled with ice.

  2. Add whiskey and syrup.

  3. Top with soda and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with lemon or chili thread.

Northern Blaze Chili Mojito
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 5–6 mint leaves

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • Soda water
     

Instructions:

  1. Gently muddle mint with lime juice in the bottom of a glass.

  2. Add rum and Northern Blaze Syrup.

  3. Fill with ice and top with soda.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint.

Spicy Espresso Old Fashioned (coffee drinkers will LOVE this one)
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz bourbon

  • ½ oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 1 oz chilled espresso or cold brew concentrate

  • Orange peel
     

Instructions:

  1. Add bourbon, syrup, and espresso to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir 20–25 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.

  4. Garnish with an orange peel.
    (Sweet heat + coffee = shockingly addictive.)

Spicy Mango Blaze-Rita
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz tequila blanco

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 2 oz mango nectar

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • Tajín rim (optional)
     

Instructions:

  1. Rim your glass with Tajín if desired.

  2. Shake tequila, syrup, mango nectar, and lime with ice.

  3. Strain over fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel or chili-dusted mango slice.

Northern Blaze Berry Smash
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz bourbon

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 2 oz blackberry or raspberry juice

  • ½ oz lemon juice
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well until cold.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

  4. Garnish with crushed berries or a mint sprig.

Hot Honey Sunrise
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz tequila or vodka

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 3 oz orange juice

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • Splash grenadine (optional for color)
     

Instructions:

  1. Add spirit, syrup, OJ, and pineapple juice to a glass with ice.

  2. Stir gently.

  3. Add a splash of grenadine for a “sunrise” effect.

  4. Garnish with an orange slice.

Peach Heatwave Cooler
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz rum or vodka

  • 1 oz Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 2 oz peach juice or nectar

  • 2 oz soda water

Instructions:

  1. Add spirit, syrup, and peach juice to a glass with ice.

  2. Stir to mix.

  3. Top with soda water.

  4. Garnish with peach slices.
