Northern Blaze Sticky Wing Glaze
 

Sweet, spicy, glossy perfection.
 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 tsp lime juice
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.

  3. Toss freshly baked or fried wings in the glaze.

  4. Return wings to the oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.

  5. Serve with ranch or blue cheese.

Chili-Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts
 
Crispy, caramelized, spicy-sweet goodness.
 
Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

  • Pinch salt & pepper
     

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss Brussels with olive oil, syrup, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring once.

  4. Drizzle with another teaspoon of syrup before serving.

  5. Optional: add toasted pecans or bacon.

Northern Blaze Salmon with Citrus Crust
 

Sticky, spicy, caramelized edges + zesty citrus brightness.
 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 1 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 4 salmon fillets
     

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Whisk syrup, orange juice, and soy sauce.

  3. Brush glaze over salmon.

  4. Bake 12–15 minutes, brushing again halfway.

  5. Broil the last 1 minute for charred edges.

  6. Serve with rice, greens, or roasted veggies.

Hot Honey Drizzle for Pizza, Sandwiches & Bowls
 
Perfect on pepperoni pizza, fried chicken sandwiches, grain bowls, roasted veggies—everything.
 
Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 1 tsp water

  • Optional: pinch crushed red pepper or garlic powder
     

Instructions:

  1. Warm syrup and water in a small pan until pourable.

  2. Add crushed red pepper or garlic powder if you want extra flavor.

  3. Drizzle over pizza, sandwiches, roasted potatoes, grilled corn, or mac & cheese.

Northern Blaze BBQ Glaze (for ribs, pork, or meatballs)
 

Sweet heat meets sticky BBQ.
 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Northern Blaze Syrup

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.

  2. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened.

  3. Brush on ribs, pork chops, meatballs, or grilled veggies.

  4. Finish under broiler for a caramelized finish.

Spicy Hot Honey Cornbread (YES. Amazing.)
 

A cozy, spicy-sweet twist on classic cornbread.

Ingredients:
 

  • Your favorite cornbread batter (boxed or homemade)

  • 2–3 tbsp Northern Blaze Syrup (mixed into the batter)

  • Additional 1 tbsp Northern Blaze Syrup (warm drizzle)
     

Instructions:

  1. Prepare cornbread batter as directed.

  2. Stir 2–3 tablespoons of Northern Blaze Syrup into the batter.

  3. Bake according to recipe/package instructions.

  4. Once warm, drizzle another tablespoon on top.

  5. Serve with butter and watch people freak out (in the best way).
