Niiice Old Fashioned
 
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • Orange peel
     

Instructions:

  1. Add bourbon and syrup to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir for 20–25 seconds.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Express an orange peel over the drink and garnish.

Northern Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rye whiskey

  • ½ oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • Cherry or orange twist
     

Instructions:

  1. Add whiskey, vermouth, and syrup to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with a cherry or orange twist.

Spiced Whiskey Sour
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ¾ oz lemon juice

  • Egg white (optional)
     

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake for 10 seconds if using egg white.

  3. Add ice and shake for 15–20 seconds.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass.

  5. Garnish with orange zest.

Niiice Mule

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz whiskey

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • 4 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

  1. Fill a mule mug with ice.

  2. Add whiskey, syrup, and lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer.

  4. Stir gently.

  5. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Niiice Mule
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz whiskey

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • 4 oz ginger beer
     

Instructions:

  1. Fill a mule mug with ice.

  2. Add whiskey, syrup, and lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer.

  4. Stir gently.

  5. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Niiice Gin Fizz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz gin

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Shake gin, syrup, and lemon juice with ice.

  2. Strain into a tall glass.

  3. Top with club soda.

  4. Garnish with a citrus wheel.

Niiice Gin Fizz
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz gin

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • Club soda
     

Instructions:

  1. Shake gin, syrup, and lemon juice with ice.

  2. Strain into a tall glass.

  3. Top with club soda.

  4. Garnish with a citrus wheel.

Citrus Old Cuban
 
Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz white or dark rum

  • ¾ oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ¾ oz lime juice

  • 2 oz prosecco
     

Instructions:

  1. Shake rum, syrup, and lime juice with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled glass.

  3. Top with prosecco.

  4. Garnish with mint or lime.

Niiice Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz tequila

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • 4 oz orange juice

  • Splash of cranberry juice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the tequila and orange juice.

  2. Add a splash of cranberry juice.

  3. Slowly drizzle in the Now That’s Niiice Syrup to create a layered sunrise effect.

  4. Lightly swirl before sipping to blend the flavors.

Orange Blossom Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • 2 oz orange juice

  • 1 oz orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add vodka, Now That’s Niiice Syrup, orange juice, orange liqueur, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with an orange twist.

Niiice Mulled Wine

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle red wine (750 ml)

  • ½ cup Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ¼ cup brandy (optional)

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 4–5 whole cloves

Instructions:

  1. Add wine, Now That’s Niiice Syrup, brandy, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and cloves to a pot.

  2. Warm over low heat for 20–30 minutes (do not boil).

  3. Remove from heat and let steep another 5 minutes.

  4. Ladle into mugs and serve warm.

Niiice Mimosa Twist

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • 2 oz orange juice

  • 4–5 oz champagne or prosecco

Instructions:

  1. Add Now That’s Niiice Syrup and orange juice to a champagne flute.

  2. Slowly top with champagne or prosecco.

  3. Give a gentle swirl and serve immediately.

Niiice Party Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • 3 cups pineapple juice

  • 2 cups cranberry juice

  • 2 cups orange juice

  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda or ginger ale

  • Fresh citrus slices, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add Now That’s Niiice Syrup, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice to a large pitcher or punch bowl.

  2. Stir well to combine.

  3. Add lemon-lime soda or ginger ale just before serving.

  4. Garnish with sliced oranges, lemons, or limes.

Niiice Martini (Old-Fashioned Style)

Ingredients:

  • 2½ oz gin or vodka

  • ½ oz Now That’s Niiice Syrup

  • ½ oz dry vermouth

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Orange peel, for garnish
     

Instructions:

  1. Add gin (or vodka), Now That’s Niiice Syrup, dry vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
