Smoked Old Fashioned
Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon

1 oz Smoke & Sprig Syrup (to taste)

Orange peel
Instructions:

Add bourbon and Smoke & Sprig Syrup to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well chilled, about 15–20 seconds.
-
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
-
Express an orange peel over the glass to release the oils, then drop it in or rest it on the rim.

Sip, savor, and enjoy that smoky Northwoods flavor.
Campfire Manhattan
Ingredients:

2 oz rye whiskey
-
½ oz sweet vermouth
-
½ oz Smoke & Sprig Syrup
Instructions:

Add the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Smoke & Sprig Syrup to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir for 20–25 seconds, or until well chilled and silky.

Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

Ingredients:

¾ oz Smoke & Sprig Syrup

Smoked & Sprig Holiday Punch
Ingredients (Serves 8–10):
• 2 cups gin or white rum
• 1 cup Smoke & Sprig Syrup
• 1½ cups cranberry juice
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 cup ginger beer
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 2 cups club soda or prosecco (add right before serving)
• Orange slices
• Fresh cranberries
• Rosemary sprigs (torch a couple for that smoky holiday aroma)
Instructions:

In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the gin or rum, Smoke & Sprig Syrup, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir well to blend.
